Is it possible to cancel or change my order?
Canceling or changing your order is possible. Please contact our customer service with our contact form.

I can't find the product I want on the website
When a product can't be found on the website it might be out of stock. Do you want to double check. Contact us! 

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on the weight and country you order. It's easiest to fill your shopping cart with the items you like to order and get an estimate on the costs. Depending on the option you choice the price is calculated (Pick up point, Regular Shipping or Express Shipping).

We ship worldwide, have a look at our shipping rates.

How long does it take before my package arrives?
Be aware that first processing of payment etcera can take 1-2 days before we actually ship it. Ideally the transit time in the European Union is 1 till 4 days. Worldwide delivery takes 4 till 10 days. This means you start counting from the day your order has been given off at the post office. The counting stops when the package arrived in your country. After that customs and local post companies can affect shipping time. 

My shipment is already taking longer then the transition days..
Like writen above, customs or local post companies influence the delivery time the most. If you live inside of the EU and your package is not delivered after 14 days we can start an investigation regarding your package. For worldwide delivery the policy from our forwarder is only start an investigation after 30 days. Before that we can always check, but most of the times it's a waiting game. 

I'm having trouble with placing my order

Can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days. Please fill out the form. The costs of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Is my personal information kept private?
At Slacktivity, we respect your privacy. Slacktivity will never sell, trade, rent or loan your personal information to any other organization. For more information, visit the privacy policy on our website

What is your product warranty
If you believe there is a quality issue with your product Slacktivity will make it right. The warranty is covered by a 2 year warranty. The warranty does not apply wear.
